1. What do you want for your birthday? – It’s the right time to answer this one. I want soil & slab of woods for my garden but I have doubt that I’ll be having it on my bday.

1. At what age did you marry? – At 30.

2. What color do you like most? – Almost all earth tone…like musky green, shade of brown to bronze and mustard but I’m trying to put a little of lively ones aside from neon.

3. Have you ever shoplifted? – I’ve tried but I was sweating so much & turning blue it was a dare and the loser will have to pay for everyone meal. So, I’ve been ripped off with my allowance.

4. Where is the place that you want to go the most? – Philippines like you, Sheila.

5. Which part of you that you hate the most? – Being disorganized and too trusty.

6. My question: Embarrassing moment you recently have?- Last spring in one of the airport in England, I was pick due to my color & made me turned like a top, I’m not presuming my reason, I was just stating the fact. We were coming back to France that time. I was boiling to the top never felt so humiliated.

7. What are you afraid to lose the most? - My family and friends.

8. If you win $1 million, what would you do? – put aside for my kids’ future then pay fully our house. & help some people I care who are with financial prob.

9. What do you loved the most last year (2007)? – Understanding that I can’t fully enjoy a vacation without my fam with me. Even I was needed it badly to do something for myself.

11. How do you cope with boredom? – Cooking, replanting and walking along the coast if given a good weather and shopping for collectable stuffs- pottery & copper pans and junks.

14. What is your ambition? – To pass all the hurdles in my life and learn from it.

15. If you had one wish what would you wish for? – Find someone a brother that I know exist but haven’t seen.

16. How did you celebrate New Year? – With our friends & their families, we rented a gîte (rental home) in Broceliande for 4 days. On New Year’s Eve, we have worn costume of medieval time. It was fun & all our kids were having great time.

17. It is already 2008; do you have a new year’s resolution? – Better me.

18. What do you look forward to in 2008? – Have a job.

19. If your life is a song, what title best fit it? I don’t know.

20. What "special power" would you like to have – I like that I can fly.

1.HOW DID YOU MEET #4? We’ve met through a friend. She & her hubby visited us last summer. We became more than friend now, right?

You Are Pinot Noir

Sophisticated and worldly, you probably know more about wine than most drinkers.You have great taste, and you approach all aspects of life with a gourmet attitude.You believe that the little things in life should be cherished and enjoyed... and of the best quality possible.And while you may take more time to eat a meal or tour a city, it's always time well spent. To be associated as a Pinot Noir, I don’t know if I should be flattered to be define as sophisticated and worldly. Coz to me, sophistication can be an art of projection by acting densely to be different from others. However, I do acknowledge that the experienced one can be truly sophisticated and worldly as they could be.

“You probably know more about wine than most drinkers.” No, I’m not, it’s too presumptuous to accept this description. To think that I wasn’t born to a wine country. However, back home, I had my share of discovering to this fermented sap and was limited to some California and Australian white wines. Although, in some good occasions with some French and Italian red ones.

Now, that I’m living here, my access to know it better has been feasting. Yes, I’m alcoholic esté an avid consumer of red wine. What's your Dinner?

How I've tried not to start talking about food here... and now getting tag about it. Nevertheless, I should apologize to Rojoy, who have passed me this tag. Which it took me awhile to post it. I felt like explaining here. "Sorry, hear me please."

The time I found out she had tagged me. I was cooking our dinner as well for a friend surprise party. On the next day it was the party, then the day after some best friends visited us and lastly my little princess got sick. In Case that you wanna know, she's getting better. Hopefully I could throw her back to sch this Thursday.

For those who doesn't know and doesn't care to know, I'm basically a slave in my kitchen. Its one of my diversion to escape becoming a loony. What? No, nothing fancy cooking. (How I wish!) I'm more like an experimentalist. Luckily, I have a lot of guinea pigs around me. Be rest assured, No one yet get hospitalized.I swear.

Before I go further down the lane & talk more none senses. Let you have a peek on our plate. It was just a simple scallop with fresh cream dashed with apple cider vinegar serve with steamed rice and a salad.

For me, its one of the best way to serve a fresh scallop. A quick pan fry with a semi-salted butter do the trick. I don't mind opening the shell by myself, but I can't stand to feel its' “pulse” when I place it on the pan. Feel so bad.
