Wordless Wednesday #6

Château de Costaéres , this Castle is in an islet. When low tide you can actually walk going there. When you walk through the coastline of Ploumanc'h to Trégastel you'll see it. This photo taken from Tourony beach at Trégastel.

My last entry was the lighthouse of Ploumanc’h, if you look at the other side of it the castle you’ll see. One reason that this is a touristic spots here in Bretagne due to the pink granite coastline and the castle just the icing of it.

I can’t be bore having this view. The tides & temperamental climates give it ethereal illustration. We always have been proud to show off this place to every friend who visits us.

one day (when the tide is low), i'll try visiting it on foot :)... just have to practice running fast so that when the tide comes, i can be safely on the shore...

How pretty!! It is so funny how you can walk there but I know that you can. We live close to the Atlantic Ocean here in Savannah, Ga and I have seen the Ocean when the tide is out...you can walk way out into it. funny. Great picture.
Thanks for stopping by..I love having new visitors. Come back again. Sandy

By foot? Sounds adventurous. Nice shot.

My flowers are called Gul Mohar in Hindi. Sorry don't know the scientific name.

Lareine it was fun right, what we did in plage le grave.I'll bring you to another this one is really more adventurous... its another islet that i forgot to show you. we better bring some sleeping bag when we go there, we cant swim when the tide comes.

Amor no its not... but i do love Mont. st. Michel. have some beautiful shot from there. i was thinking to go back there to do the dune walking.they say you need to pay attention with the tide as well.

Napaboaniya it's private property but the beach thereon the islet is public property. all beaches in france are public, as far as i know. The owner is nice.

thanks for all your comment. wish you'll consider visiting the place.

I've read about this castle or maybe it was another castle...but I'd hate to get stuck when the tide was coming in.

Don't worry,Teach the owner of the castle will give you a bed if he can't bring you back to the shore. He is really nice person.Down to earth.
